A candidate seeking admission into +2 science,has to obtain an admission form with prospectus,from the office on payment of prescribed fee i.e. 100/- and submit the filled up form with original certificate/photograph etc.within the stipulated date.Those who fulfil the eligibility criteria and selected on merit /first-come first-serve are asked to deposit the required fees,original documents,pass-port size photographs and undertaking etc.for admission into the +2 science.
At the time of admission,along with required fees,original SLC/CLC/TC,Board Certificate/Provisional Board Mark Sheet and 6 Nos. of attested passport size photographs have to be submitted.Migration certificate in case of candidates passed from other than Board Of Secondary Education,Odisha shall have to be submitted.If anyone requires his/her original Certificate within the academic session he/she has to pay full dues.
